Return Policy for Refurbished Laptops, Desktops, MacBooks

Eligibility for Return:

• Return applicable only within 7 days of delivery, for valid technical reasons (not cosmetic).
• Device must be returned in original condition with invoice, packaging, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

• Damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Software-level issues that were not part of hardware testing
• Missing parts/accessories

Return Process:

• Raise request via email/phone
• Return pickup arranged (if applicable)
• Inspection before approval
• Refund/exchange processed within 7–10 business days
